Description:
In construction you simply add the add the 6th degree to a minor chord to form a minor 6th. It shares the same notes as a m7-5 chord e.g. Dm6 and Bm7-5/D share the same notes – if you have Chord Miner check out the Dm6 to see. The m6th is actually the inversion of the m7-5 chord.
